Admission Terms and Conditions:
- The applicant must be a bachelor's degree holder in the disciplines with a total degree not less than ''good'' in the 4th year (the bachelor's degree should be awarded by an Egyptian university and its equivalents).
- The applicant must be a holder of an academic diploma related to the field of study with a total degree of "very good".
- The applicant must dedicate his/her time to the study.
- The faculty and the university must approve the admission request (for faculty's teacher assistants).

- The faculty's council, department's council, and postgraduates’ studies and research council must approve the research to grant the researcher the postgraduate certificate.

Graduation requirements:
- For the student to be awarded the doctor of philosophy, he/she must have completed 54 credit hours.
- The student must study the qualification courses for one year divided into 2 semesters (30 credit hours).
- When the students pass both the elective and compulsive courses, he/she takes a comprehensive exam that consists of 2 phases:
Written exam:
The student shall take an exam decided by the department council in November. The student has a second chance to retake the exam in April of the same academic year.
Oral exam:
- For the students who have passed the written exam, they will be questioned about his/her studied discipline by three professors chosen by the department council.
- Over the course of 2 years, after the student passes the oral exam, he/she must present his/her research project to be admitted to the Ph.D. program.
- The student must present his/her thesis over the course of at most 3 years from the admission date.
- The student is awarded his/her doctor of philosophy certificate according to the report issued by the Investigation and Assessment committee.
- The faculty council, department council, and the Postgraduate and Research Council must approve of the student's project as well.

Graduation requirements:
- For the student to be awarded the diploma certificate, he/she must have completed 36 credit hours.
- The student must take 30 credit hours divided into 2 semesters (15hrs. for each semester).
- When the student passes both the elective and compulsory courses, he/she must present applied research in the discipline over the course of at least 6 months- 1 year. The research topic is chosen by the department and the student must dedicate 6 hours to the research.
- The faculty awards the diploma certificate when:
- The student passes all the courses.
- The academic mentor issues the assessment report.
- The department's council, faculty council, and the Postgraduates Studies and Research Council approve of it.

Registration for Postgraduates’ Diploma:
Terms of acceptance:
- Students must be Bachelor’s degree holders from a university or an institution.
- At least 2 years of previous practical experience in diploma specialization.
Required documents:
- Original Bachelor’s degree certificate.
- Original birth certificate.
- At least 2 years of previous practical experience in diploma specialization.
- Work side approval for employees in the governmental and general sectors.
- 6 personal photos.
- Military service certificate (military approval).
- Fees payment.
Terms to obtain the degree:
Requirements to obtain the Diploma degree to pass (36) credit hours:
- Students must pass courses with a total of 30 credit hours divided into two semesters. Each semester consists of 15 credit hours.
- After passing all obligatory and elective courses student must conduct applied research in hisher specialization in a duration not more than one year and not less than six months and on a topic chosen by the specialized scientific department. 6 credit hours are for the applied research.
- A diploma degree is granted according to the student’s success in obligatory and elective courses, the supervisor’s report, the department’s suggestion, and approval of the faculty’s council and postgraduate studies council.
Fees for non-Egyptian students:
- Bachelor’s degree: 1500 $ for the first registry + 3000$.
- Postgraduate studies (Diploma- Master’s- Ph.D.): 1500$ for the first registry + 4500$.
