The Faculty of Commerce SCU was established in 1989. The faculty aspires to attain distinction educationally and scientifically through quality programs that help the faculty compete locally and internationally. The faculty is an educational, research, and social institute whose major goal is to prepare graduates and researchers qualified scientifically and functionally to meet local and international labor market needs in the production and services sectors.

To be endowed with performance and keep in line with the contemporary technological revolution that demands to be opened to future sciences like computers and to train on related scientific skills.

Mission

The faculty is an educational, research, and social institute whose major goal is to prepare graduates and researchers qualified scientifically and functionally to meet local and international labor market needs in the production and services sectors. Moreover, being an expert reference in community services and environmental development is Suez Canal University's primary goal.

Goals:

To qualify human cadres able to deal with and adapt to the current and future latest updates in the education and scientific field.
To advance positive values inside the faculty on the ethical and technical level and to merge the quality culture with all faculty activities.
To expand cooperation with universities and research centers locally, regionally, and internationally.
To develop the faculty’s role in the community serving along the research or consultation or feasibility studies sides.
