Overview
The Business Administration Department is the house of management sciences at the faculty. It offers university students comprehensive educational and research knowledge. It has a long-term strategy to graduate generations of individuals who can fit in different minor specializations in the administration department (financial administration- production administration- marketing administration- Human Resources administration- etc...) to solve environmental and community issues. The department was established in 1997 according to ministerial decree no. (826) to issue internal rules and regulations of the Faculty of Commerce, Suez Canal University (SCU).
Vision
The Business Administration Department aims to achieve academic excellence among its fellow departments in the same field in Egypt, Arab, and International universities. The department also aspires to create a firm and sustainable scientific entity.
Mission
To acquire the science department's vision by providing scientific and research activities to enrich students and graduates with advanced knowledge and administrative skills that promote their innovation and creativity skills needed for their future careers. In addition to solving society's civil problems.
Goals:
- Stay up-to-date with the modern management approach, both academically and practically.
- Offer new undergraduates and postgraduates programs in the field of Business Administration.
- Publish modern research and studies to serve the environment and society.
- Establish cooperation companies and scientific strategic alliances with Egyptian, Arab, and Foreign universities.
- Enhance the scientific and practical skills of the academic staff and their cooperators in scientific departments to deliver knowledge and skills to students and researchers.
- Develop communication skills and promote the ethical charter of the scientific department members.
- Prepare future leaders and knowledge holders who will later take responsibility for the department.
